Inauguration ceremony of the Headquarters of the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Organization

On July 6, within the framework of the Ministerial Meeting of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement held in Baku, the headquarters of the NAM Youth Organization was inaugurated!

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Farid Gayibov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, H.E. Mr. Yván Gil Pinto and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda, Hon. Gen Jeje Odongo participated in the opening ceremony.

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Ministers got acquainted with the headquarters and the research center established within it. The ceremony continued with the speech of the Chairperson of NAM Youth Organization, Mr. Ordukhan Gahramanzade, who reviewed the activities of the Organization since its establishment. Guests watched videos about NAMYO's previous activities and its newly launched website. Following, H.E. Mr. Bayramov and H.E. Mr. Gayibov spoke on the significance of today's date as a historic moment for NAM youth worldwide. They expressed their confidence that the establishment of NAMYO headquarters will expand the bridges among NAM youth.

At the end, honorable guests signed NAMYO's memory book and received symbolic gifts from NAM Youth Organization!
