Info session at Azerbaijan University of Languages

On November 25 , NAM Youth Organization held its sixth info-session at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL)!

The session commenced with the speech of Novruz Mammadov, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations at AUL. Then, the First Secretary of the International Security Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Asmar Yusifzade, addressed the students and emphasized the importance of supporting exchange among young people at the initiative of NAMYO. The event continued with the speech of the Designated Chairperson of NAM Youth Organization, Ordukhan Gahramanzade.

After the introductory remarks, the Head of NAMYO’s Secretariat, Jeyran Jafarova, gave a presentation to the students about the Non-Aligned Movement and the Youth Organization. During the presentation, students were informed about the organization's action plan for 2023. Brief videos from the Model NAM Simulation Conference, NAM Youth Summit, and International Charity Bazar, which are among the biggest projects implemented by the Organization, were received by students with interest.

The session concluded with a lively Q&A discussion where students addressed their questions regarding NAMYO’s functions and future projects.
