Meeting with Mr. Miroslav Jenča

On August 30th, Mr. Miroslav Jenča, Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations for Europe, Central Asia, and the Americas met with the members of NAM Youth Organization at ADA University. The discussion was on the topic of "Youth as driving engine for sustainable development”. Members from the Organization's National Chapters also attended the event virtually.

The event started with the opening remarks by the Vice-Rector of ADA University, Mr. Fariz Ismailzade. Afterwards, the Acting Chairperson of NAM Youth Organization, Mr. Ordukhan Gahramanzada, reviewed the timeline of activities carried out by NAM Youth Network prior to the establishment of the Organization. Following, Mr. Jenča spoke about the importance of youth in the implementation of future initiatives and highlighted the growing role of NAMYO.

Finally, with the moderation of Mr. Ordukhan Gahramanzada, members addressed their questions to Mr. Jenča. At the end, Mr. Jenča left his remarks in the Organization's memory book.
