Meeting with the UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, Ms. Vladanka Andreeva

On August 7, we hosted the UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, Ms. Vladanka Andreeva, at NAMYO Headquarters!

After a tour of the facilities of the office, a bilateral meeting was held between the representatives of the NAM Youth Organization and Ms. Andreeva. Firstly, the Chairperson of the NAM Youth Organization, Mr. Ordukhan Gahramanzade, briefly overviewed NAMYO's past activities and particularly, the role of the cooperation between UN and NAMYO. Commending the multi-faceted activities of NAM Youth Organization in bringing positive impact for NAM youth worldwide, Ms. Andreeva extended her best wishes to the Organization upon the recent inauguration of its headquarters. She expressed her continuous support to the endeavors undertaken by the NAM Youth Organization. The meeting continued with a lively discussion on cooperation prospects to expand career opportunities for the youth of the NAM Member States, involve them in the realization of the #Agenda2030 and represent their needs on the global arena, at large.

At the end, Mr. Gahramanzade presented a memorable gift to Ms. Andreeva. The meeting concluded with a commemorative photo.
