NAM Youth Perspective: Baku Harmoniya Climate Initiative for Farmers

NAM Youth Organization, in partnership with the COP29 Presidency, hosted a side event on the sidelines of the World Food Forum (WFF) 2025 Flagship Event!

The agricultural sector holds critical importance for the Global South, serving as a primary source of livelihood for a significant share of its population. Thus, the session, entitled “NAM Youth Perspective: Baku Harmoniya Climate Initiative for Farmers,” focused on advancing climate-smart agriculture, opportunities for collaboration within the framework of the Initiative, and inclusion of youth voices from the Global South at the nexus of food security and climate resilience.

The event supported discussions on the effective implementation of the Harmoniya Climate Initiative by fostering meaningful youth dialogue on their role as agents of change.
